The Worcestershire Gun Dog Society has been an integral part of the local community since the early 1990s. During this time, the Society has held several competitions and events in order to promote responsible gun dog training and ownership. These include field trials, gundog working tests, scurries and game shoots. Members of the Society have also taken part in social events such as barbecues, picnics and clay pigeon shooting. Furthermore, members have attended training days and seminars on topics such as gun safety, handling and training techniques.
This has enabled them to hone and improve their skills, as well as learn from each other.
